BlissFest 2011 – Weekend Programme
There are just a couple of days to go until the 2011 Bliss-Stick Kayak Festival. Hence we thought that we should get in touch and let you know a few more details on how the weekend will run.
Saturday 1st October – Teva Giant Slalom and Rasdex Boatercross
Location – Follow this link to find the meeting point for Saturday morning at 9am. We’ll be on ‘river right’ just upstream of the main road bridge.

Registration opens at 9am, event briefing 10am. All participants need to be officially registered and signed up prior to briefing.
We will be aiming to be off the river between 4 and 5 pm.
Saturday 1st October – BlissFest 2011 Video Comp and Party
Location – St Clair Surf Life Saving Club. Access of Victoria Rd, St Clair Dunedin.
Time – Bar will be open from 6pm, no BYO. 8pm – Prizegiving for Saturday’s racing followed by screening of Video Competition entries.
Sunday 2nd October – R&R Sport Surf Competition
Location – St Clair Beach
Registration opens at 9am infront of the Surf Life Saving Club.
9:45am Surf Competition Briefing.
10am-12pm Junior, Womens, and Veterans Competitions.
12pm – 12:30pm Best Move Contest (New Event for 2011).
12:30 – 3:30 Mens Competition
3:45 – Prizegiving
